🚨 Hiring: B2B Sales Manager – Pipes & Tubes / Engineering Products
📍 Location: Onsite
💼 Experience: 10–15 Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical
💰 CTC: Up to ₹10–15 LPA
🏢 Work Mode: Full-time | Onsite | No Remote/Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive sales growth and develop key customer relationships in the pipes & tubes / engineering products manufacturing sector.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and onboard new B2B/industrial clients
- Develop and grow existing key customer accounts
- Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to order
- Handle ERP order punching and coordinate payment collections/follow-ups
- Work closely with Plant & Quality teams to develop competitive techno-commercial offers
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for timely execution
- Build long-term relationships with key industrial customers
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and trade fairs
- Track market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 10–15 years of B2B / Industrial Sales experience
- Experience in Pipes & Tubes or Engineering Products within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong client development and key account management skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong techno-commercial coordination and negotiation skills
- Experience representing the company at industry events / trade fairs
- Strong communication, relationship management and business development skills
