Role Description The Export Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing end-to-end export operations, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with internal teams, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities, and ensuring timely shipment and delivery. The Export Executive will handle customer communication related to orders, shipment schedules, and documentation requirements, supporting the sales team in meeting international customer expectations. Responsibilities also include monitoring compliance with export regulations, tracking trade terms, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with import/export and international trade-related reports and analysis.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Export processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales activities related to international customers.
- Candidates should possess skills in Import Export operations and International Trade.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping practices, and export regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or export management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, International Trade, or a related field; prior experience in chemical or manufacturing exports is preferred.
