🚀 Hiring: Sales Executive – Superweld Ecosolutions
Superweld Ecosolutions is looking for smart, energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our growing team in Delhi.
If you are a graduate who enjoys meeting people, travelling, learning technical products and building customer relationships, this could be a great opportunity for you.
🎯 What will you do?
- Undergo training on our wastewater-treatment products and solutions.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit clients and wastewater-treatment sites in assigned areas.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into sales.
- Travel within the areas where Superweld serves customers.
- Coordinate with our technical and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
👤 Who are we looking for?
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Com graduates or candidates from a relevant educational background.
- Freshers are welcome! 1–2 years of sales experience is also acceptable.
- Good communication skills and confidence while speaking with customers.
- Smart, presentable and willing to learn.
- Customer-first attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
- High level of integrity, honesty and ownership.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Positive attitude, persistence and a genuine interest in sales.
- Ability to follow up consistently and take responsibility for achieving targets.
- A sales mindset — someone who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities and closing business.
