Role Description The Executive role at Ralson India Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Executive will support daily operations in their assigned function, which may include coordinating with dealers and sales offices, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and quality standards. Responsibilities include data analysis and MIS reporting, assisting in planning and execution of departmental activities, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with production, sales, logistics, and finance teams to facilitate smooth workflows and timely resolution of operational issues. The Executive is expected to maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Operational and coordination skills, including experience in managing day-to-day activities, following standard operating procedures, and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Data handling and reporting abilities, such as proficiency with spreadsheets, MIS tools, and basic analytics for preparing accurate and timely reports.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, dealers, and other stakeholders, and to draft clear emails and documentation.
- Organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing, automotive, or tyre industry operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or related business software is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, with a strong focus on integrity, quality orientation, and continuous learning.
