Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration, employee engagement activities, and maintaining HR records. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Profile
· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
· Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is preferred.
· Familiarity with HRMS platforms and digital HR tools.
· Prior experience in FinTech, NBFC, Banking, Digital Lending, Financial Services, Consulting, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for open positions.
· Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
· Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
· Support attendance, leave, and employee database management.
· Assist in preparing employment letters, HR reports, and other documentation.
· Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
· Support performance appraisal and training coordination processes.
· Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal procedures.
· Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
