About the Job
We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Program Management (CEO’s Office) to support the CEO’s Office in strategy execution, performance management, management reporting and cross-functional initiatives.
The role will translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, track key milestones and actions, identify execution bottlenecks and support timely resolution while ensuring management has clear visibility of business performance and critical initiatives.

Position Overview
The Sr. Executive – Program Management will work closely with the CEO’s Office, business heads, functional leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategy execution, KPI and performance management, business-critical action tracking, management reporting and process improvement.
The role requires strong analytical and execution capabilities, the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and the ability to convert business information into clear management insights and actions.
What you will do
Strategy & Performance Management
- Support the CEO’s Office in translating the business strategy and strategic roadmap into clear priorities, milestones, KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Work with business and functional leaders to develop and institutionalize departmental, business and cross-functional KPIs, including clear ownership, targets and measurement mechanisms.
- Track progress against strategic priorities and KPIs, identify significant gaps and trends, and highlight areas requiring management attention.
- Support leadership in strengthening performance visibility and accountability through structured KPI-based reviews.
Execution & Business-Critical Actions Management
- Track milestones, action plans, dependencies and outcomes associated with strategic priorities and business-critical initiatives.
- Identify execution roadblocks, bottlenecks and interdependencies and work with respective teams to facilitate timely resolution.
- Conduct periodic reviews of reports and pending actions with relevant functions and business teams to ensure progress and timely closure.
- Monitor closure of business-critical actions arising from management reviews, strategic initiatives and key decisions.
- Escalate significant delays, unresolved issues and execution risks to the appropriate management level.
- Maintain visibility of key initiatives and ensure timely progress against agreed commitments.
Management Information
- Ensure readiness, accuracy and quality of monthly, quarterly and annual MIS for CEO and leadership reviews.
- Consolidate business and functional information into clear management dashboards, reports and executive summaries.
- Analyse performance information to identify trends, gaps, risks and areas requiring management intervention.
- Understand existing processes, systems and reporting mechanisms and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization and digitalization.
- Support implementation of agreed process and systems improvements and track their effectiveness.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
- Work closely with business heads, functional leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment on organizational priorities and initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration across functions where initiatives require multiple stakeholders or shared ownership.
- Build effective working relationships across levels of the organization to support timely execution and resolution of dependencies.
- Represent the CEO’s Office in relevant cross-functional initiatives and management forums as required.
What we are looking for
Knowledge
- Understanding of business strategy, KPI frameworks, performance management and strategy execution.
- Understanding of business operations, MIS, dashboards, performance reporting and management review processes.
- Understanding of business processes, management systems, standardization and improvement opportunities.
Technical & Operational Skills
- Ability to establish, track and analyse KPIs, targets, milestones and performance trends.
- Ability to analyse business information and prepare concise MIS, dashboards, presentations and management reports.
- Ability to track strategic initiatives and critical actions, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, and facilitate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and other relevant reporting and analytical tools is preferred.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- MBA / Post-Graduate qualification in Business Management, Strategy, Operations or a related field is preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in strategy planning, performance management, multi-project/program management, project management, management consulting, business operations or related roles.
- Experience in strategy planning, performance management, KPI tracking and management reporting.
- Experience in strategy execution, initiative tracking and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in multi-project/program management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, dependencies and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience preparing MIS, dashboards, management presentations and business review materials for senior management.
- Experience identifying performance gaps, execution bottlenecks and dependencies and working with stakeholders towards resolution.
- Experience in process improvement, systems enhancement or digitalization initiatives will be an advantage.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy industry is preferred.
