Executive Assistant
Location: India — Remote / On-site

Compensation: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
Work Schedule: 6 days per week; 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

Jay Jagdamba Limited is a stainless steel manufacturing company with an integrated manufacturing mill in India. We manufacture and supply a wide range of stainless steel long products to customers across international markets.
We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive and management team with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, administrative tasks, and follow-ups.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the executive, management, and internal team members to ensure that day-to-day activities are properly coordinated and followed up on.
This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organization, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, keeping track of reminders and deadlines, coordinating meetings and appointments, making bookings when required, and assisting the executive wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support
- Maintain calendars, schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
- Set up and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Coordinate internal meetings and communication between team members
- Follow up with team members on assigned tasks, deadlines, and pending items
- Assist the executive with day-to-day activities and requirements
- Make travel, hotel, appointment, or other bookings when required
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and business information
- Prepare, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Use Microsoft Excel regularly for tracking, organizing, and managing information
- Coordinate communication between different departments and team members
- Ensure important tasks, meetings, and deadlines are properly tracked
- Assist with preparing basic business documents and presentations when required
- Handle routine administrative tasks and support the executive with additional responsibilities as needed
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external contacts
- Help ensure that important follow-ups and commitments are not missed
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and external contacts
- Strong ability to manage reminders, follow-ups, schedules, and deadlines
- Ability to coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently
- Comfortable making bookings and handling administrative arrangements when required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable, responsible, and proactive approach to work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role is preferred
- Experience working with senior management or executives is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as required
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
The ideal candidate should be someone who naturally keeps track of what needs to be done, follows up without being repeatedly reminded, and can effectively coordinate between different people and teams.
Strong Excel skills are important for this position. The candidate should be comfortable maintaining spreadsheets, organizing information, tracking tasks, and working with data on a regular basis.
We are also looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can coordinate professionally with team members and assist the executive with a wide range of day-to-day requirements.
Previous experience in the stainless steel industry is not required. We value reliability, initiative, organization, communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
Compensation
₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring 6 working days per week.
Weekly schedule: Monday to Saturday
Weekly day off: Sunday
Additional days off: 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month
The position may be offered as remote or on-site, depending on the candidate and business
requirements.
