Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly confident, passionate, and driven professional who wants a dynamic, multi-faceted career—not just a traditional support role. You will serve as the administrative backbone for our executive leadership while simultaneously stepping outward to drive our business through sales coordination, customer acquisition, and exhibition management.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Administration & Support
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Provide comprehensive support by managing complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing executive events.
- Travel & Expenses: Coordinate end-to-end travel itineraries and manage the tracking, reconciliation, and preparation of expense reports.
- Communications & Documentation: Draft and review internal/external correspondence, prepare high-quality presentations, and maintain confidential executive records.
- Executive Operations: Track action items and deadlines, support follow-ups to ensure effective decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline administrative processes.
Sales Coordination & Business Growth
- Sales & Pipeline Management: Actively assist in sales operations, tracking targets, and supporting customer acquisition strategies.
- Customer Management: Serve as a professional, reliable point of contact for external stakeholders and key clients, ensuring seamless relationship management.
- Exhibitions & Events: Play a key role in organizing, coordinating, and managing the company’s presence at industry exhibitions and trade shows.

- Core EA Experience: Strong background in executive support, including calendar/travel management, document preparation, and office coordination.
- Financial & Admin Acumen: Proven ability to manage expense reports and support financial documentation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with leadership, internal teams, and key clients.
- Organizational Agility: Unmatched attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and strict adherence to maintaining professional discretion with sensitive information.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern scheduling/collaboration tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
