- Deliver engaging product and skill-based training programs for Beauty Advisors and retail teams, ensuring strong understanding of beauty products, techniques, and brand standards.
- Conduct training needs assessments, develop training materials, and facilitate classroom as well as on-the-job coaching sessions to improve team performance.
- Build and enhance product knowledge, selling skills, customer service excellence, and grooming standards among beauty professionals.
- Monitor trainee progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide regular feedback and performance improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with business and retail teams to support new product launches, drive capability development, and ensure consistent execution of training initiatives across locations.
