SAP EWM Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Key User

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Subject Matter Expert / Key User to support a SAP S/4HANA implementation program.
The selected candidate will play a critical role throughout the implementation lifecycle — from early project phases through go-live and hypercare, and will remain involved afterward to ensure smooth operational adoption.
This role requires deep functional knowledge of SAP EWM processes, strong collaboration with project teams and business users, and active participation in training, testing, business process alignment, and Learning & Development initiatives to support user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Support
- Act as the primary EWM SME / Key User within the SAP S/4HANA implementation program.
- Support the project from initial implementation phases through go-live and hypercare.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP EWM processes, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants, IT teams, and business stakeholders during design, configuration, and testing phases.
- Participate in business workshops, requirement gathering, solution validation, and system demonstrations.
Business Process & Testing
- Validate EWM-related business processes and system configurations.
- Participate in integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Ensure EWM processes align with operational warehouse and logistics requirements.
Training & Learning & Development
- Support Learning & Development initiatives related to the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Assist in the design and development of training materials and documentation for warehouse users.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities to end-users.
- Support user readiness and change adoption by ensuring warehouse teams understand the new system and processes.
- Work closely with L&D teams to structure training programs and learning paths for operational users.
Post-Go-Live Support
- Provide hands-on support during the hypercare phase.
- Assist business users with issue resolution and system adoption.
- Act as a functional point of contact for EWM-related questions and improvements.
- Help ensure a smooth transition to steady-state operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Prior involvement in SAP implementation projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience working as a Key User, SME, or functional lead in ERP implementations.
- Experience supporting training, user enablement, or Learning & Development activities.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (Indonesian language skills are an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting end-to-end supply chain or warehouse operations.
- Experience supporting testing phases (SIT, UAT).
- Experience delivering system or process training to operational teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments.
