Key Responsibilities:
Global Leadership: Head IT operations globally, overseeing Security, Enterprise Apps, and Systems. Have overall accountability for the design, deployment, maintenance, and cost of all enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, and applications Establish and enforce IT governance policies, system performance, access control, and robust cybersecurity to ensure company data and systems are
secure and compliant with all regulations. Monitor, evaluate, and select new and emerging/ internal technologies e.g.,AI, cloud platforms, platform-enabling tools and assess efficiencies across the business
Business Transformation: Drive IT-enabled business transformation by identifying areas and modernizing environments through innovation and emerging technologies.
Cybersecurity & Risk: Implement "Next-Gen" security measures that are robust yet seamless for user experience, managing overall IT risk and InfoSec programs.
Operational Excellence: Oversee global infrastructure, data center management, and disaster recovery sites across multiple geographies. Serve as an IT voice for the company, engaging with customers, partners, and the broader industry to foster strategic technical alliances.
Culture & Mentorship: Build and manage IT groups, creating strong growth paths for technology talent.
