Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced EVA Engineer / Production Design Engineer to join our Engineering and Production team. The candidate will be responsible for converting approved project drawings into production-ready data using EVA software and generating accurate manufacturing reports such as Cutting Lists, BOM, BOQ, Glass Lists, Hardware Lists, and other production documents.
The role requires close coordination with the Design, Planning, Procurement, PPC, and Production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production data using EVA software.
- Generate Cutting Lists, BOM, BOQ, Hardware Lists, Glass Schedules, and Profile Reports.
- Verify approved production drawings before report generation.
- Coordinate with the Design team for clarifications and revisions.
- Support Production and PPC teams with accurate manufacturing documents.
- Ensure material optimization and minimize wastage.
- Maintain project revisions and document control.
- Generate revised reports whenever approved design changes are received.
- Maintain complete production documentation and project records.
- Ensure timely release of production reports.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with EVA software (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of aluminium internal partition systems, doors, and glazing systems.
- Understanding of aluminium profiles, hardware, and glass specifications.
- Experience in generating BOM, BOQ, Cutting Lists, and production reports.
- AutoCAD knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- AutoCAD certification is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 2–5 years in the aluminium doors, windows, façade, or internal partition industry.
- Experience with manufacturing documentation and production planning is preferred.

- 99%+ accuracy in BOM, BOQ, and Cutting Lists.
- Timely release of production documents.
- Minimum production errors due to documentation.
- Improved material utilization and reduced wastage.
