Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing plumbing design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Generating CAD models using AutoCAD, ZWCAD, and REVIT, blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.
- Designing and drafting complete electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, or specializing in one of those areas.
- Preparing shop and schematic drawings for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, including chilled water systems and plumbing services.
- Drafting sections for clash resolution and analysis.
- Collaborating closely with clients and consultants, addressing technical requirements and obtaining necessary approvals. Presenting design concepts and adaptations to improve construction methodologies and project outcomes.
- Providing technical assistance to engineers and project managers, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or similar qualifications in the relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the field of Building Service Engineering
- Fluency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Good communication and public relations skills
- Willingness to travel overseas as and when required
