Role Description The ERPNext Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the ERPNext system to support core business operations at DECG INTERNATIONAL. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining ERPNext modules, creating and updating masters and workflows, generating reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy across departments such as manufacturing, inventory, finance, and projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to understand process requirements, troubleshooting system issues, supporting users, and documenting configurations and changes. The ERPNext Executive will also assist in system upgrades, user training, and implementation of new features to improve efficiency and transparency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong ERPNext administration and configuration skills, including module setup, workflow creation, and user management.
- Candidates should possess skills in data management and reporting, such as data validation, query building, and generating analytical reports and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess skills in business process understanding, particularly in manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and finance workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical troubleshooting and system support, including issue diagnosis, coordination with vendors or IT, and documentation of solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and provide user training and guidance.
- Relevant experience in ERPNext or similar ERP systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
