Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Physics and Mathematics Teacher at Implex Edu. The teacher will design and deliver engaging online lessons in physics and mathematics, adapting content for different grade levels and learning styles. Responsibilities include lesson planning, creating digital learning materials, conducting live or recorded classes, and using online platforms to manage assignments and assessments. The teacher will provide timely feedback, track student progress, and offer academic support to help learners build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. Collaboration with other educators to improve curriculum, share best practices, and contribute to ongoing content development is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Mathematics and Physics, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in Mathematics Education and Physics Education, including age-appropriate instructional methods.
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, outcome-focused learning experiences.
- Status as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching certifications or licenses as applicable.
- Experience teaching in online or blended learning environments and familiarity with digital classroom tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to teach in at least one of the preferred languages (e.g., English, Hindi).
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and supporting diverse learners.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in a remote work setting, and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
