🚀 We’re Hiring: Enterprise Sales Manager – Merchant Acquiring
Location: Pan India (Metro & Tier 2 Cities)

Role Overview
Lead merchant acquiring initiatives across regions, drive enterprise partnerships, expand acceptance infrastructure, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This is a leadership role requiring strategic vision, execution capability, and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive merchant onboarding across SME, MSME, enterprise & corporate segments.
· Expand penetration of PG, POS, QR, soundbox & digital payment solutions.
· Negotiate commercials, ensure transparent pricing & compliance.
· Build long‑term enterprise merchant partnerships & act as escalation point.
· Monitor transaction performance, settlement timelines & merchant satisfaction.
· Identify new business opportunities & support cross‑functional initiatives.
Success Metrics
· Merchant acquisition & activation numbers.
· Transaction volume growth & revenue targets.
· Compliance score (zero audit observations).
· Enterprise merchant satisfaction & retention index.
Qualifications
· MBA/PGDM or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Finance.
· 10–15 years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, or BFSI.
· Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership.
· Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
