- Design and implement automated functional, system-level, and end-to-end tests for deduplication correctness, ingest/restore performance, data integrity, and protocol behavior.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines to accelerate validation and expand coverage across firmware and software releases.
- Develop automated tests for storage protocols, REST APIs, security features (MFA, RBAC, encryption, immutable storage), cloud tiering, and replication workflows.
- Configure and operate qualification environments, including appliance labs, virtual deployments (VMware, Hyper-V), and integrations with enterprise backup applications such as Veeam, Veritas NetBackup, and Commvault.
- Partner with development and sustaining teams to triage defects, support root cause analysis, and track resolution through Jira in an Agile workflow.
