POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Citrix Engineer of experience 6-10 Years to manage, support, and optimize enterprise Citrix and VDI environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler ADC, Citrix Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. The role will provide Tier 3 technical support, drive automation initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and high-performing end-user computing experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY
• Design, implement, manage, and maintain Citrix platforms, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, NetScaler ADC, StoreFront, Citrix Cloud, and Cloud Connectors.
• Manage and support peripheral technologies and end-user computing platforms, including Nutanix, Thin Clients, HPE Moonshot infrastructure, and other endpoint devices.
• Support end-user technology initiatives, including new deployments, migrations, upgrades, and technology integrations.
• Monitor platform performance, analyze system trends, and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate major incidents and problems.
• Leverage automation and workflow tools to streamline operational activities using PowerShell, Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Possess a working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as SysTrack, Citrix Analytics, Datadog, and PagerDuty. • Provision, maintain, update, and support Windows 10/11 VDI environments and master images within Citrix Virtual Desktop infrastructure.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure virtual machines and associated cloud services.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and act as the escalation point for complex End User Services issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance.
REQUIRED SKILLSETS
• 6–10 years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft Azure, and NetScaler ADC in a global enterprise environment.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and administering multi-site, multi-zone, cloud-based Citrix environments utilizing active-active architectures.
• Strong expertise in managing system configurations and user environments across large-scale, distributed infrastructures.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, and Windows administration.
• Solid understanding of virtualization and VDI platforms, including Nutanix, VMware, and HPE Moonshot infrastructure.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and load balancing technologies.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, with PowerShell proficiency required.
• Experience with modern digital workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Visual Studio Code.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, operational procedures, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities using Event Viewer, Sysinternals Suite, and other Windows troubleshooting tools.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes and service management platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, global enterprise environment.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, computer science , engineering or similar technical field
