We are hiring for a leading motor manufacturing MNC in Hadapsar, Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Integration
- Integration between motors, drivers, and controllers
Computing
- Upgrading existing test benches for final tests
- Designing and building new aerospace-grade test benches
- LabVIEW development and programming
Engineering Tests
- Conducting engineering tests for prototypes
- Investigating faults in the production process
Environmental Condition Tests
- Sourcing quotations from test bench suppliers
- Building test plans
- Carrying out the actual tests
- Writing and submitting test reports to the client
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Engineering degree – Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics
- Understanding of electrical machines (DC, BLDC motors)
- Drive for creativity and innovation
- Knowledge of embedded computer systems
- Advantage – Test bench experience and LabVIEW knowledge
- Experience working with military standards for environmental conditions (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, etc.)
- Familiarity with the AS9100D standard
- Professional-level English (written and spoken)
