Role Description The Electrical Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites. This role involves supervising site teams, coordinating daily work schedules, and ensuring that electrical erection, cabling, earthing, and equipment installation meet project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The Electrical Supervisor monitors site progress, resolves technical issues, and liaises with project managers, clients, EPC partners, and vendors to support smooth execution and timely completion of works. Daily tasks include reviewing drawings and documentation, conducting inspections, verifying test results, maintaining records, and guiding technicians in adherence to safety protocols and best practices. The role may also involve supporting material planning, resource allocation, and on-site training to maintain high performance and compliance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and on-site coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering knowledge and practical experience with Electrical Equipment used in substations and industrial installations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Electrical Maintenance and a sound understanding of Electricity concepts, safety practices, and fault diagnosis.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience in substation projects (AIS, GIS, STATCOM, HVDC) or industrial electrical installations is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary site and project teams.
