As we continue to expand our residential projects across Delhi NCR, we are looking for an Architectural Draughtsman to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for an Architectural Draughtsman who has a strong understanding of residential architecture and technical drawings and can translate architectural designs into accurate, detailed and execution-ready documentation.
You will work closely with our architectural and project teams to develop drawings that can effectively move from design to construction site.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections and working drawings for residential projects.
- Develop architectural details and drawings required for construction and site execution.
- Prepare and update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultant drawings.
- Develop construction details, material details and other technical drawings as required.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and coordination across drawing sets.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects and project teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Support projects through various stages from design development to execution.
What We're Looking For- 3–4 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
- Relevant experience in residential architecture, particularly villas, independent homes or high-end residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural drafting software.
- Ability to prepare accurate plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Good understanding of construction detailing, materials and execution.
- Understanding of coordination between architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
- Ability to manage revisions and multiple project requirements.
- Good architectural understanding and design sensitivity.
- A strong understanding of how drawings translate into actual construction.
