As our CTO Co-Founder, you'll own the technology, shape the product, and help build the company from the ground up alongside the founders.
What You'll Own
- Define the long-term technology vision and product architecture.
- Build scalable AI products from idea to production.
- Design Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and workflow execution.
- Architect enterprise-grade LLM applications using RAG, tool calling, memory, and multi-agent systems.
- Lead the engineering culture and make key technology decisions.
- Build and mentor a world-class engineering team.
- Work directly with founders on product strategy, fundraising, hiring, and scaling.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to stay ahead of the market.
What We're Looking For
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning and Large Language Models.
- Experience building production AI products not just prototypes.
- Deep understanding of AI solution architecture and scalable system design.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI development frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG, AI evaluation, and model optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to make technical decisions with a business-first mindset.
- Someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch.
