We are looking for Education Counsellors with up to 2 years of experience in EdTech / Online Education to join our admissions team in Noida.
The role involves counselling prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, and guiding them towards suitable online UG and PG programs offered through our university partnerships.
Location: Noida, Sector 2 | Work from Office
Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday | 5 Days Working
Weekly Off: Sunday & Monday
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA Fixed
Interview Mode: Virtual
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for online UG and PG programs.
- Understand students’ academic background, career objectives, and program requirements.
- Provide accurate information about courses, universities, eligibility, fee structure, and admission processes.
- Counsel prospective students and assist them throughout the enrollment journey.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to drive conversions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status and interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets within defined timelines.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide a positive counselling experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrollment process.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years in EdTech, Online Education, Admissions, Inside Sales, or Education Counselling.
- Relevant experience handling online UG/PG admissions will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to work in a sales-driven environment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
