Job Description: E-Commerce Growth & Operations Specialist for Brand Medigrip
Role Overview:
Medigrip is seeking an experienced, high-ownership E-Commerce Specialist to drive growth and operational excellence across our digital retail channels. You will manage end-to-end performance on India’s leading marketplace and quick-commerce platforms. This role offers high visibility, including close collaboration with Company Directors and presenting quarterly strategic reviews to top management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace & Account Management
Oversee growth, operations, and execution across the following core channels:
- Amazon India: General Marketplace & Amazon Pharmacy.
- Flipkart Group: Flipkart Core & Shopsy.
- Quick-Commerce: Blinkit & Swiggy Instamart.
- E-Pharmacy & Social Commerce: Tata 1mg & Meesho.
2. Functional Excellence Per Platform
For each of the platforms listed above, you will be directly responsible for:
- Ads & Marketing: Designing, executing, and optimizing high-ROI ad campaigns.
- Warehouse Management: Coordinating inventory, replenishment, and supply chain logistics.
- Listings & Cataloging: Optimizing product titles, descriptions, images, and A+ content.
- Sales & Promotions: Planning deals, flash sales, and discounting strategies to boost revenue.
3. Executive Reporting & Strategy
- Quarterly Reviews: Prepare and present performance metrics to top management.
- Director-Level Alignment: Work in close quarters with Company Directors to align e-commerce targets with broader business goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Healthcare, FMCG, or Wellness brand experience is a plus).
- Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and 1mg dashboards.
- Network Advantage: Prior industry connections or direct relationships with category managers at these platforms will be highly valued.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex sales sheets into actionable growth strategies.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting
