Ecommerce Performance Marketing Executive – D2C / Nutraceuticals
Location: Mumbai (Kurla)
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our fast-paced D2C nutraceutical startup.
You will report directly to the Ecommerce Growth & Performance Marketing Manager and serve as the execution engine for our paid media channels — primarily Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads. Your role focuses on day-to-day campaign management, optimization, monitoring, and reporting, while supporting the full D2C funnel (acquisition → conversion → retention).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow quickly in a founder-led, high-growth environment working on science-backed nutraceuticals targeted at the 50+ audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Media Buying (Execution Focus)
· Hands-on management of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising dashboards
· Execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Amazon Ads
· Track daily/weekly performance on ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue targets
· Run creative tests, audience tests, and format experiments as directed
· Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns
2. Ecommerce Growth & Funnel Execution
· Support end-to-end funnel optimization (Traffic → PDP → Cart → Checkout → Retention)
· Monitor conversion rates and identify drop-offs using GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings
· Assist in PDP improvements, trust signals, FAQs, reviews, and onsite testing
3. Marketplace Growth Support (Amazon & Others)
· Execute and monitor Amazon Ads campaigns and listing performance
· Support listing optimization, A+ content updates, keyword strategy, and ad management
· Track TACoS, organic vs paid contribution, and ensure no cannibalization with D2C website
4. Retention & LTV Support
· Help execute email, WhatsApp, and post-purchase flows (education, reminders, refill campaigns)
· Support CRM and lifecycle journeys for 50+ consumers
5. Data, Analytics & Reporting
· Own daily/weekly dashboard updates across Shopify, GA4, Meta, Google, and Amazon platforms
· Prepare clear performance reports and insights for the manager
· Assist in running structured experiments on creatives, offers, pricing, and PDP layouts
6. Compliance & Brand Guidelines
· Ensure all creatives and messaging strictly follow FSSAI, ASCI, and nutraceutical advertising guidelines
· Maintain brand trust and credibility in every execution
Requirements
· 1–2 years of hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing (mandatory)
· Strong practical experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads dashboards (must-have)
· Experience working with Shopify and GA4 is highly preferred
· Prior exposure to Nutraceuticals, Pharma, Health, or Wellness categories is preferred (but not mandatory)
· Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis, insights generation, and marketing execution
· Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment
· Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ownership of execution
· Quick learner who can take direction and proactively suggest improvements
· Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
What Success Looks Like
· Consistent delivery of campaign targets (ROAS/MER/CAC) with clean execution
· Timely reporting and proactive identification of opportunities or issues
· Smooth collaboration with the manager and cross-functional teams (design, content, CRM)
· Rapid learning and growing contribution to overall revenue and funnel efficiency
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, owning execution, and growing fast in a dynamic D2C startup. If you love data, ads, and driving real revenue impact, we’d love to hear from you!
