Role Description The Dynamic Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with relevant curricula, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support academic and personal development. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in training and faculty development programs, and contributing to school initiatives that enhance the overall learning environment. The teacher will maintain accurate records, communicate regularly with stakeholders, and uphold professional standards in classroom management and student support.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering curriculum-based instruction.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including structuring learning objectives and assessment activities.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with learners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions, workshops, or learning activities that support faculty and student development.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related subject area.
- Experience teaching in school settings (CBSE, IGCSE, or similar boards preferred).
- Strong classroom management skills and a learner-centered teaching approach.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and openness to feedback.
