DUSALA INDIA — B2B SALES CONSULTANT / RETAIL PARTNER (Delhi/NCR)
Premium Indian fashion & luxury gifting brand — stoles, Banarasi, shawls, corporate gifting. Already at Aza Fashion, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, Ensemble, Attic.
What we need:
A retail sales consultant who already works with multiple fashion/lifestyle brands — placing them in boutiques, concept stores, MBOs, and premium retail (including airport/travel retail) across Delhi/NCR. We want Dusala added to your portfolio, not a full-time exclusive hire.
Ideal background — you’ve worked with (or currently work with) brands like:
• Fabindia, Anokhi, Good Earth, Nicobar (heritage/craft-led retail)
• Ritu Kumar, Raw Mango, Sabyasachi’s retail network (Indian luxury fashion)
• Any MBO-focused consultant placing designer/premium labels in Delhi boutiques
• Airport retail consultants (working with brands in T3, DLF Emporio, Select Citywalk type premium retail)
• Corporate gifting sales consultants with HNI/corporate client books
If you’ve placed 3-5+ brands in stores like these — you’re exactly who we want.
Role scope:
• Add Dusala to your active brand portfolio
• Place us in new boutiques/MBOs/airport retail across Delhi/NCR
• Also grow our presence on platforms we’re already on — Aza, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, Ensemble, Attic — better placement, more SKUs live, better visibility, more orders from existing accounts
• Consignment/wholesale terms handled by you, dispatch coordinated with our Delhi warehouse
Compensation:
Commission-first, brand-by-brand — you’re paid on what you actually place and sell, no cap. Multi-brand consultants typically run 15-20% commission structures; open to discussing based on your existing model.
