Looking for professionals with experience in:
Doctor Referral Network Development
Fertility / IVF / Diagnostics / Hospitals
Territory development & patient referral growth
Gynecologist / GP / hospital relationship management
CME / medical engagement programs
Healthcare field team / territory management
Key Responsibilitits:
- Develop referral relationships with Gynecologists, General Physicians, Hospitals, and Clinics.
- Conduct daily field visits and promote Fertility & IVF services.
- Organize CMEs, awareness programs, and health talks with doctors.
- Generate new doctor referrals and improve patient footfall.
- Coordinate with patient care and operations teams for seamless referral management.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and referral performance.
- Maintain daily and weekly visit reports.

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Science, Healthcare, or Business Administration.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred.
