Role Description The Director of Real Estate Development (International Business Development Manager) will lead the planning and execution of real estate development initiatives, with a focus on international markets such as Dubai, Singapore, Japan, and Europe, while being based on-site in Jaipur. This full-time role involves identifying and evaluating development opportunities, overseeing feasibility studies, and managing due diligence processes for new projects. The position includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Daily responsibilities also include preparing business cases, presenting development proposals to senior leadership, monitoring project performance, and maintaining relationships with international stakeholders and local authorities. The role requires a strategic, analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Development and international business development skills, with experience evaluating and executing commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Feasibility Studies and Due Diligence capabilities, including market analysis, financial modeling, risk assessment, and site evaluation.
- Project Management skills, covering planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and monitoring progress against deliverables.
- Budgeting and financial oversight skills to manage project costs, optimize investment returns, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with government agencies, regulatory bodies, or public sector enterprises is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international markets and readiness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
