We are a devotional theatre company from Jaipur — 55+ artists, LED stage, and a growing national footprint. Our productions have been appreciated by Mukesh Ambani, praised by Shatrughan Sinha and Paresh Rawal, and honoured with the National President's Award.
We are now launching a 25-show national circuit across 12 cities in 2026 — and we need one exceptional person to make it happen on the ground.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▸ Ticketing & Platform Management
Own the relationship with BookMyShow and Paytm Insider. Handle listings, pricing, inventory, and sales reporting for every show on the circuit.
▸ Venue & Ground Logistics
Negotiate and coordinate with auditoriums across 12 cities. Manage load-in, load-out, green rooms, sound check timelines, and show-day execution.
▸ Sponsorship Execution
Deliver sponsor brand zones, VVIP arrangements, branding, and post-show activation reports.
▸ Ground Management
Coordinate ushers, security, ticketing staff, and local vendors at every show. You are the person nothing falls past.
▸ Numbers & Reporting
Track revenue, ticket sales, sponsorship activations, and show P&Ls. As comfortable in a spreadsheet as on a stage.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

▸ 4–7 years in live events, theatre, concerts, or entertainment — not corporate conferences or college fests
▸ Has worked directly with BookMyShow Live or Paytm Insider from the inside
▸ Has personally coordinated multi-city shows or tours — knows what 3 cities in a week looks like
▸ Strong with numbers — reads a P&L, tracks budgets, flags issues early
▸ Manages ground teams under pressure on show day without losing composure
▸ Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur — extensive national travel required
