Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications from Google, HubSpot, Meta, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Roles & Responsibilities * Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. * Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building. * Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. * Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools. * Generate quality leads through digital marketing initiatives. * Create and manage email marketing campaigns. * Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators for campaign execution. * Conduct competitor analysis and market research. * Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvement strategies. * Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Required Skills * Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing. * Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads. * Understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). * Basic knowledge of WordPress and website management. * Familiarity with keyword research and SEO tools. * Strong analytical and reporting skills. * Excellent communication and content-writing abilities. * Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
