🚀 We're Hiring | Digital Content & Social Media Executive
📍 Location: Ramadevi Foods Production Unit, Proddatur
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🏖️ Leaves: 2 Flexible Leaves per Month + 2nd & 4th Sundays Off
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 INR per month

-- Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and publish content on **Instagram** and **YouTube**.
* Coordinate with influencers and offline pages, and follow up until the content is successfully posted.
* Plan and manage **Reelo campaigns**.
* Design creative social media posts, stories, and promotional creatives using **Canva**.
* Write engaging captions, descriptions, and content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
* Use **ChatGPT** and other AI tools to generate content ideas, captions, scripts, and improve productivity.
* Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records.
* Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing practices.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and improve brand visibility.
-- Skills & Requirements:
* Good communication skills in **English and Telugu**.
* Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Canva, and social media platforms.
* Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools is an added advantage.
* Basic computer and data entry skills.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
* Eagerness to learn new things quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
* Self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about growing in digital marketing.
