About the Role
We’re looking for a Delegate Engagement Associate to join our Audience Generation team. The role focuses on engaging professionals and decision-makers, generating interest in business events and conferences, and driving delegate registrations and attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective delegates and professionals.
- Invite and engage prospects for events, conferences, webinars and seminars.
- Communicate event details, benefits and value propositions clearly.
- Manage follow-ups, reminders and delegate registrations.
- Handle queries and objections professionally.
- Research and identify relevant professionals and decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM/database.
- Work closely with the Audience Marketing and Event teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Delegate Acquisition, Audience Generation, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Event/Conference Sales, Telecalling or Customer Engagement.
- Excellent English communication skills with confidence in speaking to professionals.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and targets.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or Zoho is an added advantage.
