🚨 WE’RE HIRING | FINISHES ENGINEER – INTERIOR PROJECT
Clean Fanatics | Reno Pro | Bengaluru
We are looking for an experienced Finishes Engineer to join our project execution team for a premium residential interior project at Hebbal, Bengaluru.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on experience in high-end interior finishing and site execution and can take ownership of quality, coordination and day-to-day site progress.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and supervise interior finishing works as per design intent and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with interior designers, vendors, contractors and site teams.
• Supervise flooring, wall finishes, ceiling works, woodwork, stone/marble, painting, glass, metal and other interior finishes.
• Ensure workmanship, dimensions, levels, alignment and finishing quality meet project standards.
• Interpret drawings, elevations, details and 3D design references and translate them into site execution.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, quantities and material requirements.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and identify/rectify snags.
• Coordinate multiple agencies and ensure smooth execution without compromising quality or timelines.
• Maintain daily progress updates and report site issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper material handling, site safety and housekeeping.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in interior execution/finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of premium residential interiors.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQs and site measurements.
• Strong vendor and manpower coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and finishing quality.
• Willingness to be hands-on at site and take ownership of execution.
