Allegan Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Conference Producer to join our growing team and lead the execution of high-impact conferences, exhibitions, and industry summits.
📍 Location: Sector 62, Noida (Work from Office)
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years

What You'll Be Doing:
✨ Developing compelling conference agendas and industry-focused content
🎤 Managing keynote speakers, panelists, and stakeholder relationships
🤝 Supporting sponsorships and strategic partnerships
📈 Driving exhibition space sales and revenue growth
🎯 Coordinating end-to-end event execution and ensuring exceptional attendee experiences
📊 Preparing post-event reports and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in conference production, exhibitions, B2B events, sponsorships, partnerships, or event management
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✔ A commercial mindset with a passion for creating impactful events
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
✔ Willingness to travel as per business requirements
