Description:
We're looking for an experienced freelance DEI trainer to deliver gender diversity and inclusion training both online/ or In-person for corporate audiences across multiple cities in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging sessions on gender diversity, unconscious bias, and inclusive workplace behavior
- Handle real-time audience pushback and varying seniority levels with confidence
- Adapt delivery style and content to different group sizes and contexts
- Travel to assigned locations for in-person delivery (If Requested)
- Share a brief feedback/session report after each engagement
Requirements
- 5+ years delivering corporate DEI/gender diversity training
- Strong facilitation experience with mid-to-large groups
- Comfort navigating resistant or skeptical audiences
- A clear point of view on how to structure and deliver this kind of training
- Availability to travel (If Requested)
