Role Description The Field Collection Agency Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing field collection operations, including planning daily routes, allocating accounts to collection agents, and monitoring the timely recovery of outstanding dues. The manager coordinates with internal teams, client stakeholders, and field staff to ensure adherence to collection policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards. Day-to-day activities include tracking performance metrics, resolving complex or escalated collection cases, guiding and training field agents, and preparing regular reports on collections, risks, and improvement actions. The role also involves implementing process improvements, aligning operations with organizational goals, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach to collections.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong team leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess operational management skills such as planning field activities, optimizing routes, resource allocation, and process improvement.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle escalations professionally.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in tracking KPIs, using spreadsheets or CRM tools, and preparing structured performance reports.
- Candidates should possess compliance and risk management awareness, with the ability to adhere to legal, regulatory, and organizational guidelines in collection processes.
- Relevant experience in collections, BPO operations, or field agency management is highly beneficial, preferably in financial services or related sectors.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field is preferred, along with basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile field-tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel locally as needed, and maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all field interactions.
