Role: Dealer Development Head
Location: Baner, Pune

About the Role
We are looking for a Dealer Development Head to strengthen and scale the dealer network by driving network expansion, channel processes, partner capability, compliance, and dealer performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess dealer network gaps and develop expansion plans aligned with business growth targets.
- Identify and develop new dealer opportunities to improve market coverage and penetration.
- Design and implement channel SOPs, systems, workflows, and processes.
- Ensure adherence to defined channel processes, documentation, and company policies.
- Develop and execute dealer training and capability-building programs.
- Conduct market and dealer feedback exercises to identify evolving channel needs.
- Design and manage dealer incentive, reward, and recognition programs.
- Manage Channel Partner Agreements and ensure compliance with agreed business terms.
- Track dealer KPIs including revenue, order fulfillment, service quality, and market penetration.
- Identify underperforming dealers and drive corrective actions through retraining, restructuring, or realignment.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Dealer Development, Channel Development, Channel Operations, Distribution, or Dealer Network Management.
- Strong experience in dealer network expansion and channel partner management.
- Hands-on experience in SOP/process implementation, dealer training, incentive management, and performance management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in Agri, Solar, Solar Pumps, Pumps, Irrigation, Farm Equipment, Renewable Energy, Industrial Equipment, or B2B Distribution is preferred.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
