Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Delhi, India. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources to support reporting and decision-making. Responsibilities include building dashboards, preparing regular and ad hoc reports, and performing statistical and trend analyses to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into analytical tasks, and presenting insights in a clear, actionable format. The Data Analyst will also contribute to improving data quality, refining data models, and supporting the development of data-driven processes across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics experience to interpret complex datasets and support business decisions.
- Applied knowledge of Statistics to perform quantitative analysis, forecasting, and hypothesis testing.
- Proficiency in Data Modeling for structuring, optimizing, and maintaining data across databases and reporting tools.
- Effective Communication skills to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python or R) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive team environment.
