Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Data Analyst role based in Chennai. The Healthcare Data Analyst will collect, clean, and manage clinical and operational data from various systems within the clinic. The role involves analyzing patient outcomes, appointment trends, and treatment patterns to support decision-making, resource planning, and quality improvement initiatives. The analyst will prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership and clinical teams, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. The individual will collaborate with dentists, administrative staff, and IT partners to ensure data accuracy, maintain compliance with relevant privacy regulations, and support the implementation of data-driven process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret healthcare and operational data to generate meaningful insights.
- Experience in Data Management, including data collection, cleaning, validation, and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, using tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of Statistics and statistical methods relevant to healthcare quality, performance metrics, and outcomes analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with healthcare or dental clinic workflows, electronic health records, or practice management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail, adherence to data privacy and security standards, and willingness to learn new tools and methods.
