Role Description The Data Analyst at Nimora Studios will work closely with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and cleaning data from multiple sources, performing exploratory and statistical analysis, and building dashboards and reports to support design and business decisions. The role involves collaborating with UX and product teams to define metrics, evaluate experiments, and measure outcomes for digital products and user journeys. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional team members in studio.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to design experiments, build models, and validate findings.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present analyses, explain methodologies, and collaborate with non-technical partners.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL or equivalent querying languages is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) and experience working with product, UX, or digital design teams is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
