🚀 We're Hiring | Customer Support Executive | Hyderabad | Banking/NBFC Experience

We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to join a fast-growing financial services organization and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer support across multiple communication channels.
📍 Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
✔ Resolve customer queries while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
✔ Coordinate with Operations, Underwriting, Collections, and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
✔ Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in CRM systems.
✔ Follow up on open cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
✔ Meet service quality standards and SLA commitments.
✔ Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements.
✅ Required Skills
- 2–4 years of Customer Support experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience handling high call volumes
- Knowledge of financial products such as Loans, Credit, EMI, Lending is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office
