💬 Call customers to solve their issues
🤝 Be that friendly voice who’s always ready to help
🌟 Make every customer feel heard, understood, and valued
💡 Share ideas to help us improve (yes, your opinion matters!)
⏱️ Stick to the timelines (TAT/SLA – we’ll train you if it sounds alien!)
Here’s what We're looking for in you:
✅ Customer support experience is an advantage, though not mandatory
✅ You’re a good communicator – both speaking and writing
✅ Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
✅ Fast learner and someone who genuinely cares
✅ Basically, someone I’d trust with our customers!
