At ATRI, we're building a fashion brand where every customer interaction matters.
We're looking for someone who is warm, articulate, organised and genuinely enjoys helping people.
What you'll be doing:
- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, calls, Instagram & email
- Assist customers with orders, sizing, returns & exchanges
- Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with the operations, production & dispatch teams
- Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain customer records and update order/CRM information
- Help create a seamless, premium customer experience
What were looking for:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Warm, patient and customer-first approach
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations
- Good understanding of WhatsApp Business & CRM tools
- E-commerce, fashion or retail experience is a plus
- Freshers and juniors are welcome to apply
This is an entry level role, with an entry-level salary
In-office role , based in Sector 43, Gurgaon.
