Location : IREO, Grand Mall,Sector-58,Gurgaon.
Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating positive experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. Youll assist with product inquiries, process purchases, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfactionall while upholding our brand values and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Process transactions accurately using POS system
- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stores front-end area
- Collaborate with kitchen and inventory teams to fulfill orders timely
- Promote current offers and upsell relevant products
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement
- Support in-store activities, events, and product launches when needed
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in food retail or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts
