🚨 Walk-In Interview – Customer Service Executive
📍 Location: Vipul Tech Square, Golf Course Road, Sector 43, Gurugram
💼 Experience: Minimum 10 Months BPO Experience
🎓 Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
🏢 BPO Experience: Mandatory
📞 Process: Inbound Voice Process
🕘 Working Hours: 8 Hours | Day Shift
📅 Working Days: 5 days one week & 6 days the next week
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries professionally
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and related issues
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle complaints and escalations effectively
• Follow company processes and maintain service quality
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Key Skills:• Minimum 10 months of BPO experience
• Inbound voice process experience preferred
• Excellent English communication
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
