We’re Hiring | CRM Executive
Prockured is looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage leads, customer communication, quotations and regular follow-ups.
Location: Jaipur
Work Mode: Full-time, Office-based

Key Responsibilities
• Manage leads received through the website, WhatsApp, calls and other channels.
• Record and update customer details, requirements and lead status in the CRM software.
• Contact customers to understand their product and purchasing requirements.
• Share product information, quotations and relevant details with customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing leads.
• Track every lead through different stages of the sales process.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, operations and accounts teams.
• Assign and update lead owners, sources, pipelines and follow-up dates in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and quotation history.
• Follow up on pending quotations and support customers until order confirmation.
• Build positive relationships with customers and respond professionally to their queries.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Skills Required
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, lead management or customer handling is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and share suitable solutions.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new software.
