Job Overview
We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a night-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions over the phone.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining professionalism.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain process quality and meet defined performance targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and update customer information as required.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Customer service, international voice, BPO, or call-centre experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Jaipur office.
Compensation & Benefits
- Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 CTC
- Experienced: Up to ₹33,000 CTC
- Both-side cab facility
- 5.5 days working
- International voice process
- Night-shift allowance/benefits as per company policy
