💰 Stipend/Salary: ₹12,000–13,000/month (performance-based)

Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Call Centre Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction through timely, accurate, and empathetic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries via calls and WhatsApp
- Provide accurate information about our services
- Escalate issues to the fleet manager when needed
- Maintain records in CRM/Google Sheets
- Follow communication scripts and quality guidelines
- Meet individual and team KPIs
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
✔️ Good listening and problem-solving skills
✔️ Basic computer proficiency (Google Suite, CRM tools)
✔️ Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
✔️ Customer-first attitude, patience, and empathy
✔️ 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) — Freshers welcome!
