Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management Executive role based in Jaipur. The role involves managing customer relationships across the sales and post-sales lifecycle, including responding to inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The executive will monitor customer satisfaction, support customer retention initiatives, and coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to resolve concerns promptly. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate customer records, analyzing customer data and trends, preparing regular reports on customer feedback and retention, and supporting targeted communication campaigns. The role also requires collaborating on process improvements to enhance customer experience and contributing to CRM-related projects and system updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end sales execution process from order opening to final delivery.
- Manage order opening, pricing, and cataloguing in coordination with the Manager.
- Prepare offer sheets based on designs selected by customers.
- Coordinate and follow up with PDD, Diamond, PPC, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure timely order completion.
- Resolve customer and internal queries by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the production cycle and for day-to-day queries.
- Work as per the strategies and guidelines developed by the Manager.
- Prepare and provide required reports and data to the Manager.
- Maintain accurate order details and ensure smooth coordination throughout the manufacturing process.
- Use MS Excel effectively for data management, reporting, and order tracking.
